Pasang Bhote is 18 years old, and works as the BHN office assistant every Tuesday. She lives with her parents and four siblings. Her BHN income helps pay for her college fees, so she doesn’t have to depend on her parents salary. She’s currently studying business management. Pasang’s favorite part of working at BHN is getting together on Tuesdays with all the other BHN artisans.
